Organic Naturals Skincare

Organic Naturals is a start up company in Botswana founded by my childhood friend Didintle Moreki. Its focus is creating superior skincare solutions using natural ingredients that are indigenous to Botswana to empower the African woman. I am affiliated with them as a Seed Stage Investor and Advisor. With my academic training in Management Science and Engineering, plus my lived experience in Botswana, I advice the team on Strategy, Finance, and Operations. As an aspiring Social Venture Capitalist, Organic Naturals is my guinea pig where I expect to learn the complexities of doing business in Botswana. Especially, a business with a tangible product that hopes to scale around the country and eventually to the rest of the continent. It is a business that is closely aligned with my life's purpose of helping enable the creation and sharing of African Stories. One way they do this is through partnering with local women owned businesses in the marketing and distribution of their products.
