Thanks to my insatiable curiosity, I am forever a student in the school of life. I was very fortunate that one of my older brothers responded to my endless questions by teaching me to read, write, and count when I was about 5 or 6. While my family could not afford to take me to pre-school, these foundational skills made up for the difference. I read everything I could get my hands on. Even my teachers responded to my restlessness by feeding my mind more books. If you ask all of my teachers, each would claim the subject they taught was my favorite. This is because I did not differentiate between subjects. I was as intrigued by Literature as I was by Mathematics, and everything else. My formal education journey has taken me from the dusty streets of Kanye, to the ever green Costa Rica, and terminated at one of the best universities of all time in California. My gratitude knows no bounds for my educators. Below you can learn more about my experiences in UWC Costa Rica and Stanford University.
