I have always loved traveling to new places. They always give one more perspective and expand their thinking. When I was young, I used to get in trouble for traversing every corner of my village. At times being gone all day on these adventures. The never-ending rumors of a leopard on the outskirts of the village and the threat of being kidnapped for ritual killings never dissuaded me from my exploration. 

Later in school, I would sign up for every club and traveled the width and breadth of Botswana. I wanted to discover what my country had to offer. I once joined the ballroom dancing club in spite of my two left feet just so I could join a school trip to Francistown. As fortune has followed me and I have had access to the world beyond Botswana, I continue with my curiosity for new place. I hope one day I will be able to visit every single country at least once, and deeply explore a few countries.

This page is dedicated to sharing my past travels with my tribe. Trips after 2023 will only feature one photo, with the title of where the trip was to and the month it was in. As I turn more private with my public archiving of life, specific dates of trips and detailed narratives will no longer be part of the format. Below I provide representative pictures from trips since 2023. At the bottom of the page, I provide links to travels from before 2023 and before 2019. Excluding the countries I have lived in for a non-trivial amount of time (Botswana, the United States, and Costa Rica), I have been to 9 countries in Africa (Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ghana, Tanzania, Zimbabwe), 2 countries in Asia (Maldives, Sri Lanka), 1 in the Middle East (United Arab Emirates), 2 in Europe (North Macedonia, United Kingdom), and 2 in the Americas (Canada, Mexico). I have also had non-entry transits in Ethiopia, Senegal, Germany, Panama, and Brazil. 

Excluding my home state of California, I have been to 16 US states (Ohio, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Florida, Massachusetts, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, Utah, Virginia, Hawaii, Washington, and New York). I have also been to Washington, D.C. I have also had non-entry transits in Colorado, and Missouri. To read stories from my past travels, start from the bottom and rise up! Enjoy!
